Our Recreational Program is for children ages 6-16. The sport of Gymnastics offers excellent benefits to children. Gymnastics programs build strength and fitness as well as balance, coordination
and confidence. Kids who learn basic gymnastics skills build core body strength, agility and flexibility. Greater fitness, coordination and balancing skills make kids better athletes in all other sports.
