Super Boys will be a more structured program focused on the development of skills on the boy’s
gymnastics apparatus.They will learn basic gymnastics skills on floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, horizontal bar and trampoline. Exercise and conditioning are key at all levels to
promote core strength and muscle coordination.
